I used to live by checklists.
Corporate deadlines. Fitness goals. Social calendars. Always striving, always performing, always “on.”
For nearly two decades, I built a successful career in sales, marketing, and learning & development. I led high-performing teams, launched big initiatives, and kept pushing for the next milestone. Outside of work, I was just as relentless—training for races, staying busy, saying yes to everyone but myself.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Inside? I was exhausted. Disconnected. Quietly wondering: Is this really the life I worked so hard to build?
Like so many ambitious women, I had mastered the hustle. But I hadn’t mastered peace. I didn’t know how to sit still. I didn’t know how to feel. I had spent so long living from the neck up—overthinking, overdoing, overachieving—that I forgot how to actually feel at home in my body.
It wasn’t until the world stopped during COVID—and I enrolled in my first 200-hour yoga teacher training—that something shifted. For the first time in years, I slowed down. I started listening to that quiet voice within. I reconnected with parts of myself I didn’t even know I had lost.
My turning point came when I went for a leadership role I had worked hard for—and didn’t get it. That quiet “no” hit differently. It forced me to stop, reflect, and admit that the version of success I was chasing wasn’t truly mine.
Around that same time, yoga cracked me open. I began reconnecting with myself on a deeper level and exploring the chakra system, energy work, Ayurveda, and Human Design—tools that helped me understand not just how I was living, but why.
From there, I left corporate, joined a mission-driven startup, and eventually started my own business—one rooted in soul, purpose, and helping women come home to themselves.
Today, I help women like you reclaim your clarity and power—not by doing more, but by reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
